fix installing Vmware Workstation on Windows 7, Windows Server 2008R2, Server 2012

When installing Vmware Workstation from version 16 or higher, when you install some OS like:

Windows 7, Windows Server 2008R2, Server 2012 will give the following error that cannot install VMware tools:

Reason

Vmware but can’t install Vmware tools, it’s considered abandoned haha… Just kidding, this is not a Vmware bug, but Mr. Microsoft himself has upgraded OS security to SHA1, SHA2 algorithm in 2019. So Vmware asks you to update the OS Windows 7, 2008R, 2012 patch before you install Vmware Tools.

• Note that Windows 7 must update SP1
